The EMPOWERED Go Mobile Wellness program in Northern Nevada has been discontinued, effective June 12, 2026.

EMPOWERED Go has been honored to serve women and families in rural and frontier communities across Northern Nevada by providing outreach, support, education, and connections to care for individuals affected by opioid use disorder (OUD).

Women who are pregnant, postpartum, or reproductive-aged (ages 18–49) and affected by opioid use disorder in rural and frontier areas of Northern Nevada may continue to seek support and services through the University of Nevada, Reno Behavioral Health Collaborative by calling 775-784-6265.

In addition, pregnant individuals and those up to one year postpartum who are using opioids or stimulants and reside in Reno, Carson City, Churchill County, or Lyon County may contact EMPOWERED or call (833) 481-7681 for recovery support and services.
